Beginning the adoption journey can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time adoptive families. At Journey Adoption Consultants (JAC), we guide you step by step through the entire process with compassion, education, and personalized support.

We assist with finding a trusted home study provider, creating your adoption profile book, understanding the adoption process, exploring adoption funding resources, and developing effective outreach strategies. Most importantly, we are here to encourage, support, and pray for you throughout your journey to parenthood.

At Journey Adoption Consultants, our focus is entirely on supporting adoptive families. Because we do not work with expecting parents, our full attention is dedicated to helping you build your family safely and confidently.

We walk alongside you through every stage of the process so you never feel alone. By intentionally working with only a limited number of families at a time, we are able to provide each family with the individualized attention, guidance, and care they deserve.

We believe in a multi-agency approach that has consistently helped our families successfully adopt. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with adoption agencies and attorneys across the United States who regularly contact JAC when they are seeking adoptive families.

These professionals trust JAC because of the education, preparation, and support we provide to our families. We share these opportunities with our clients at no additional cost and help guide you in selecting trusted agencies to maximize your adoption opportunities.

Education is one of the most important parts of the adoption process. We provide guidance on topics such as expectant parent warning signs, social and medical history, adoption relationships, profile presentation, the matching process, travel, placement, and post-placement expectations.

JAC families also gain access to our private adoptive family community, where we share valuable adoption resources and support. In addition, all JAC families receive professional adoption training, free of charge, through Creating A Family, which offers more than 65 courses covering every stage of the adoption journey.

Families also receive a free one-time consult with Dr. Sara Silvestri, “The Adoption Doc,” a board-certified pediatrician and two-time adoptive mother, for education and guidance regarding substance exposure and related medical considerations.
