Journey Adoption Consultants, LLC is a Faith-based guidance, support, and education service that assists hopeful adoptive parents across the US*. We understand that the adoption process can be confusing and leave you feeling overwhelmed. At JAC, we walk with you step-by-step to navigate the adoption process so you can adopt faster and smarter. We are your educator and advocate throughout your adoption journey. Our team has both personal and professional experience with adoption. We have been through the good and the bad. We understand just how important it is to have someone on your side guiding and praying for you throughout the entire process. We have a passion for adoption and are excited to help build forever families!
WE WALK YOU STEP-BY-STEP THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS!
Stepping into adoption for the first time can be confusing. Here at JAC, we walk you through the entire adoption process. We will assist you with finding a home study provider, creating your adoption profile book, educating you on the ins and outs of adoption, providing you with many resources to fund your adoption, assisting you with outreach, and supporting and praying for you throughout your entire adoption journey.
WE ARE YOUR ADVOCATE!
At Journey Adoption Consultants we are your advocates! We do not work with expecting parents, so all of our attention is put into helping build your family safely. We will hold your hand through every step, so you will never feel alone. We only work with a small number of families at a time to ensure all of our families feel like a priority.
WE HELP YOU WITH OUTREACH!
We believe in a multi-agency approach which has proven time and time again to help our families adopt. We have built close relationships with adoption agencies and attorneys across the US who turn to JAC when they are in need of adoptive families.They specifically turn to us because of the level of support and education we provide our families. We pass along these situations to all of our clients, free of charge. We also help you select trusted adoption agencies help you with your adoption.
WE EDUCATE YOU!
We provide you with education on expecting parents warning signs, social/medical history, and the different types of adoption relationships. We will guide you on exactly how to present your profile, what happens at match, how to navigate what you should and shouldn't do during your match, resources on travel, what happens at placement, and so much more! We also provide our families access to our private adoptive family community where we share adoption education. All JAC families receive professional adoption training from Creating A Family! Creating A Family has over 65 adoption courses that cover various topics from considering adoption through post-placement.
WE PROVIDE EVERY FAMILY WITH A CUSTOM DESIGNED PROFILE BOOK!
Creating your profile book is one of the most exciting steps in starting the adoption process, yet somehow it can feel like the heaviest step. We understand the importance of the profile book and provide every JAC family with a custom designed profile book by our in-house designer.
